MM..SAUCE coconut chili crisp is made by slowly cooking down shallots & garlic with the chili mash from our fermented fresno sauce so that nothing is wasted. We mix that with toasted coconut and reduced tamari for a deep rich, nutty umami flavour that goes so well on rice, stir frys, mixed into honey, OR mixed into peanut sauce.
